Farren - Donegal Ireland to Boston abt 1850

Hi I am looking for info on my ggg grandmother. I am told she came to Boston from Ireland. Her name is Margaret Farren. She was born abt 1834. She supposedly came here when she was 16 (abt 1850). I believe she had brothers named John and Patrick. Patrick is buried in the Calvary Cemetery in Winchester, MA. I know I don't have a lot of info, hence why I need some help. Any info or suggestions where to look will be greatly appreciated.
