The work which I cited retrocedes from the first Farrer/Farrar immigrant to Virginia along the lines mapped out by Miss Alvahn Holmes, Douglas Richardson in his Plantagenet Ancestry, and others. Where the retrocession intersects Plantagenet lines, it continues back using numerous published sources.
There is nothing new in this work. It's only genious is that one of Farrar ancestry, or interest in it, can sit, with ONE source at hand, and follow the researched and published sources, to all intents and purposes, as far back as they have been documented.
The well-experienced Farrar reseacher has, most likely, already trodden these paths in a myriad of sources. This work will be of benefit to the uninitiated who wishes to find most of what is known in one place.
