Phyllis, My line is through John Farrar & Rebecca Puryear through their son John Jr. b-1766 & his first wife Ann Baskervill. He & his older brother Samuel remaimed in Mecklenburg Co.VA. The youngest two were married in Wake Co and their son Edward was married to Mary Hannah Minter. John Farrar Jr.'s 2nd marriage was in 1808 was to Nancy Hunt and he died in 1826. He couldn't have been the same John Farrar that married Sarah (Ragland) Minter in 1827. I do appreciate any info you could share. You can e-mail me directly. Thanks John
