The following is not exhaustive, but reflects what I have to date for Thomas Farrar and his 2nd wife Katherine Perrin, and their children.I will send a separate message re: Katherine's ancestry.
As you wondered, I do show a daughter Mary, married to Joseph Watkins.Their daughter Mary Watkins was mentioned by her grandfather Thomas Farrar in his will, as I show below.

Jim return to his brother Peter Farrar & in case that any of the rest of
my children die without issue that their portion be equally divided

'iv. Joseph FARRAR(1688) died in 1749. He signed a will on 4 Aug 1749
in Shadwell, Goochland Co, VA. Proved 21 Nov 1749, Goochland Co., GA. He
left his wife, Mary, the use of home and lands during her life, 5 negroes
and 7 silver spoons. They had four children. Left his son Jos. Royall
Farrar the plantation he bought from John Harris. Left a negro girl and
100 pounds to daughter Lucy. To daughter Elizabeth he left one shilling.
To Joseph Woodson his stepson he left part of a tract on Willis' River,
remainder of his land to his son Joseph Royall Farrar.
Born on his father's plantation adj. Farrar's Island and the glebeland of
Varina. In 1723 Thomas Farrar deeded 265 acres of land to him and his
brother John, which they sold in 1728 when the family moved to Goochland
Co. Joseph, who was exor of his father's will, had been deeded by him in
1736 400 acres of his plantation on the Tuckahoe "where I now dwell."
(DB 3, 182). "Upon his father's death he became heir to his father's
landed estate but apparently lived on the plantation he bought of John
Harris according to his will 11 Aug 1748/21 Nove 1749." [17]
