I am looking for the daughter of Ursa "Peggy" Farquhar and Maurice Foster. At her birth in 1926, her name was Betty Jane Foster. Maurice and Ursa divorced a couple of years later.
In the 1930 census, Peggy L. and Betty J. Foster were listed living in the home of Lawrence Ibbotson in Danville, IL. Peggy was working as a domestic.
In 1931 Peggy married Arlie Smith. I'm not sure if Betty Jane would have taken the last name Smith at that time.
I'm looking for Betty Jane because she had a sister Dorothy Jean, my mother, who grew up with Maurice. The sisters haven't seen each other in 75 years.
I would greatly appreciate any help in finding out what became of Betty Jane.
