Thankyou for your reply, let me tell you about me first!
John Farquhar and janet Coull were my GGGG Grandparents, thier son james Farquhar married Clemintina Thompson and this is the line i am descendent from. I have all the children of James and Clemintina except the 2nd Margaret and all my information is limited as i am a amateur!! Although i noticed you did not have information on Charles farquhar whoi was thier son C. 1839.
I have lots of information on the family here including records of deaths, births etc and indeed photographs (although this would only be of interest to you depending on where your line is - which i would love too know)
I have no Higneys on my chart so it would be interesting too find out - i also have my own web site which i recently started which has all my family line, or at least all that i know!!
I would very much look forward too hearing from you again..
