Was Ralph #3 a Landowner?

I am trying to prove whether or not Ralph #3 (married to Sarah Sterling) was a landowner before 1700.

His father's estate (Ralph #2 married to Elizabeth Holt) was inventoried 29 Mar 1693, Andover, MA, but I didn't see his son Ralph mentioned. Did Ralph #2 have a will?
