Hello John,

I'm just getting started in researching the variables of my family name. Farnell and Farnhill are definite possibilities. What is the origin of your family name? English, Welsh? Scottish? My maiden name was Varnell and I've been told we were originally from Scot Ireland, but if so...its a gaelic translation and I think we came from Scotland possibly...Ended up in North Carolina USA and then some traveled Westward to Tennessee and elsewhere.

Keep in touch. Love to hear from you. Charlotte Varnell Beck
