Catherine Farmer Lunsford = Catherine Lunsford Witt?

I have Catherine Farmer, daughter of Neal Farmer marrying John Lunsford. And I have Catherine Lunsford marrying Marion Witt. Could this be the same person? They lived in Jackson Co, KY. Catherine Farmer was born about 1869. Catherine Lunsford Witt was born Dec 1867.
