Hi again Lil,
I've finally located Stewart Farley in the 1840 Census in Lowndus County, Alabama Census. His age is listed in the 40 to 50 year range, making his birth about in the 1790 to 1800 range.Robert Farley's was listed in 1830 Blount Co., census in the 40 to 50 yr. birth range making his birth between 1780 and 1790.Stewart Farley could not have been the father of Robert Farley, unless you have documents that you have not stated to us on this forum site? I still believe there is a strong possibility that Obediah Farley might be the father of the Robert Farley, born about 1782.Do you think there might be two Robert Farleys?Stewart Farley bought land in Cahaba Land Office about 1831 and 1833.There was a Robert Farley that also bought land in the Cahaba Land Office in 1850 and 1852.The 1850 census for Alabama shows two additional Robert Farley males, one born 1825, one born 1831.Anyone have any ideas out there or information on Stewart or Robert Farley born in Virginia?
