My records show Sarah Farley b. abt. 1766, Prince Edward Co., Va.; m. Aug. 29, 1790, Caswell Co., N.C., Tillman Lea, b. 1742, Spotsylvania Co., Va.; d. Nov. 10, 1843.This was actually the second marriage of Sarah Farley, her first marriage being to Nathaniel Farley.MARRIAGE NOTE: "Married Major Lea after the death of husband, Nathaniel Farley."Surety: "John Burton, son-in-law of Stewart Farley."
Mary Farley b. 1765, Prince Edward Co., Va.; m. Jan. 17, 1782, Amelia Co., Va., Richard Holt; two children: Nancy Holt and Giles Holt.
