**Walter "Papa Pat" and "Addie" Patrick were my Ggrandparents.
The parents of Laura Melinda Griffin (Addie's mother) were Troy GRIFFIN, b. 1801, Ga, d. 7/04/1868, Ala. and 2nd wife, Mrs. Adaline SHEPHERD, b. 1813, Ala. They were married abt. 1852 in Alabama, and their 4 children were all born in Fayette Co., Ala.
Troy Griffin's first wife was Martha WILLINGHAM, They married in Ga., 4 of their 5 children were born in Tuscaloosa Co., Ala. The oldest in Ga.
