dear kevin,
my family has lived all over n.y. state as far back as 1800s. James a. Farley is believed in my clan the cousin of john joseph
farley. And it is believe they had a cousin who was a cardinal possibly john murphy farley. If you give me some data on your clan (names and dates) maybe I can make a connection. I have 7 gen. so far and 270 people on my list. I also got a bite about a book written in the 80's about farley famly in herkimer co,n.y. (upstate n.y. about 200 miles west of the city.)
