My maternal grandfather was John Farinha, born in the Beja district of Portugal in 1906. He immigrated with his family shortly thereafter and the surname was Americanized to FLOWER. I have traced him back several more generations, coming from Brinches, Portugal and would love to make contact with anyone who has this line.
