I am looking for my family from Azores. All i know is that my great-grandfather was Manuel Faria or Farias and was born about 1857 in Sao Miguel. His father was John and mother Mary and maybe a brother names john. he came to provincetown aboard and whaling ship around 1875 and married and lived in provincetown until his death. He may have lived in Fall River also. Anyone have any info to share would be greatly appreciated, or how i can get a birth certificate?
