Dear Ms. Douthitt,

Daniel Fanshaw was the biggest Bible printer of his time, printing for both the Amer. Bible Soc.and the Amer. Tract Soc., so his Bibles would have probably been used by all denominations. His will leaves one-fourth of his residuary estate to the Reformed Dutch Church of Yorkville (around 86th St., NYC), so that was undoubedly his church.

Good luck with your research.

Anne W. Brown, Trustee, NY Marble Cemetery
