Elcles Fannon/Fannin/Fanning, Who is he?

I am looking for information on Elcles Fannin/Fannon/Fanning. He was in Giles Co.,Va., in1814, at the estate sale of William Bruce.

I would like to know if he could have been the father or brother to Acles Fannin/Fannon/Fanning, who married William Bruce's daughter Elizabeth. Acles receive inheritance money from William Bruce's estate.

Can anyone HELP me???
