Ralph,

Keep in mind that Achilles & Rose Fannin had a son William, b 1749/50 in Amelia Co., Va. He was last found in Halifax Co., Va. in 1783. He was mentioned in the 1810 Wythe Co. Will of Achilles Fannon, who died in 1812. Maybe this Clinton Co., Ohio bunch connects with this William somehow?
