Laughlin Fannin was married to Winnefred Hubbard?,RS who is buried in Franklin County, GA. Laughlin Fannin owned land in Elbert County and is listed a having died in Elbert County. Sources say he actually died in his daughter's home in Franklin County, GA who mmarried Nathan Arendall, RS. He was buried in Nathan Arendall's cemetery in Franklin County. We need Laughlin's military record showing he was commissioned. Does any have it?

We are celebrating Nathan Arendall's RS service record and also Laughlin Fannin's RS Service record Sept 12, 2009, in Franklin County, Ga at 11:00 am. If you can attend please come and help celebrate your forefather's military records.

Thank you,
