Joseph Stevens married Emeline Fanning daughter of George "Wash" Fanning and Celia
Criswell. George "Wash" was son of George Fanning Sr. and Rebecca Keltner.
You are correct that John Snoddy Fanning was son of John Fanning and Sarah Frazier. I don't believe that Frazier has been proven adequately. Mary Ann was daughter of Robert Houston and Delilah Fanning.
Delilah Fanning and George Washington Fanning were brother and sister. Their father was Joseph Fanning and mother was Barbara Davis. Speculation is that John Fanning was a first cousin to Delilah and George Washington but I am not aware of any proof.
I show John Snoddy Fanning and Mary Ann Houston's children as Elizabeth Jane born c 1846 married Isaac Newton Biggerstaff; Thomas born c 1849 married Sally surname unknown; John born c 1855 died before 1860; Julia Ann born c 1857 married Nathaniel Robinson; Emeline born c 1863; and Abraham born c 1869.
