I am looking for ancestors of Judge William Fanning. He sat on the Boyd Cty circuit court bench during the 70's. He was maried to Dora Morman and resided in Ashland Ky. They had no childeren. Judge Fanning commited suicide in 1979 in his courthouse chambers. The event is well documented and I am searching for any family. He was my step grandfather, the only one I ever knew.
