James H. Fanning b. abt. 1828, married Emily Jane Kirk b. abt. 1828, both from Lawrence Co. Tn. Re: 1850, 1860 Census.
Married Dec. 15th 1847 Lawrence Co. Tn.
Resided in Greene Co, Mo. Re: 1870, 1880, 1890 Census. Children of James, & Emily were: Susan F. b. abt. 1847, William J. b. abt. 1853, & John F. b. abt 1857, La. Co. Tn., Martha J. b. abt 1866, IL. Does anyone have these names in the family? If so please contact me, I will be happy to share my info:,
This family resided in Joplin, Jasper Co. Mo. & Hillsdale & Paola Ks. in the 1900s til
