I am not connected to this branch, but I found Lue Frank Fannin in the 1900 Census on Ancestry.com. 2 June 1900 they were in Howard County, Texas, household 43. He was listed as “Frank L.” born 4 July 1877 in Texas, both parents born in Tennessee. Wife is Ruth B. Fannin, b. November 1875 in Texas to Texas born father and Georgia born mother. She had been married 4 years, 4 children born, 4 living. All listings in this family indicate White race. Lue Frank’s WWI Draft card, September 12, 1918 gives his spouse’s name as Ellen. He may have married a second time. His death record says he died 18 September 1956 in Dallas County. Pearl Fannin, son, b. Nov. 1896 in Indian Ty, parents born in Texas. Pearl Franklin Fannin’s WW I draft card says his birth date is 22 November 1896. The 1900 census says he was born in Indian Territory; on the card his birth place looks like “Neufolly,” Oklahoma. His death record says he died 28 November 1959 in Jones County, Texas. Middle name is given as Franklin. His death record says he died in Jones County, Texas, 28 November 1959. Lula E. Fannin, daughter, was born in November 1898 in Texas. Esther R. England, step-daughter, b. May 1892 in Texas. Myrtle L. England, step-daughter, b. July 1893 in Texas.
