I have Elijah JAckson in Morgan Co. Ill. in 1850 census, age 27 born in Alabama. with wife Jennett 22 from Ill.I show a marrage MArch 15, 1848 Perry Co. Ill. for some reason, I also show an 1850 census entry for them in Perry Co. Ill. They are near John, Joseph, William and Marshall Fanning

Marshall,age 18, is born in Ill. is a laborer along with Joseph 18 born in ill.
John, age 27, is born in Tennessee
William, age 25 is born in Tennessee

The Morgan Co. Fannins appear to be relatives of Joh (Chestnut Creek) Fannin of Grayson Co. Va. via his son Joseph. Several of Joseph's sons go to Illinois.

Worth looking at.
