Virginia MAryland Connections ?

So Benoni Fanning is probably related to the virginia - Amelia Co/chestnut Creek Fannins based on DNA. Very interesting. Benoni, born 1681 died 1713 in MAryland, is the son of John and Jane Fanning. John (1650-1684) died in Charles Co. Md. Benoni's son John is in the line of the DNA contributor. There are three assumed siblings who are not accounted for - Arthur (abt. 1709-aft. 1755) inSt. MArys Co, Benjamin bef. 1709-aft. 1729 and James abt. 1710- d. aft 1755 St. Marys Co.

Amelia co. Bryant was born in about 1698 and is in Amelia Co. around 1735.
John (Chestnut Creek) was born around 1737 and by 1760 is a "chainman" in North Carolina

There are a number of variations in the Benoni DNA from either of these two. Bryant and John's lines are very little changed in the several branches so far compared. Does this mean that the Benoni connection is significantly earlier ?
