Regarding Calistia Fannin, daugther of Silas and Mary Fannin, would anyone care to discuss a couple of speculative links?
There exists a 1905 Minnesota Census record showing Gust. A Anderson, of Norway, age abt 42, and his wife Calistia Anderson, of West Virginia, age abt 37, with son Guy, of Wisconsin, age abt 3, together in a household in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota. Gust is working as a Railroad Section Foreman.
There exists a death record for a Calista Anderson, dated 8 Mar 1909, in Hubbard County, MN.
The 1910 Census finds Gust A. Anderson, Widowed, as a lodger in Hubbard County, MN, working as a Railroad Section Foreman. He is rooming with a Cloyd Steele (21) of West Virginia, who is also working on the railroad.
Last, does anyone know of an association between Calistia Fannin and Andrew J Daniels of Catlettsburg, Boyd County, KY ? There is a OneWorld record showing a "Celoate Fannin" as Andrew J Daniels' first wife, and mother of Dora Daniels and Alleta Daniels. Sometime after the birth of Alleta Daniels in 1888, 'Celoate' leaves the A.J. Daniels family records, and Andrew marries Alice Johnson.
My research interests are in Dora Daniels' lineage. Dora is my great grandmother.
