I've got a lot on my Fannin line in Morgan County Ky circa 1805 and back to Wythe County 1770-1800 and then Amelia County Virginia in 1750's. Your Acles is part of that line. It is a corruption of the spelling for Achilles. I beleive that there is a Achilles (sr) who's father was Bryant FAnnin in Amelia Co. Va. in 1750's. Lots of small mentions about property, militia duty, etc. I will get my notes togeter to share.
