I have to admit that I do not have it.
I 'inherited" the idea from 'the usual sources" whwo made that leap of faith years ago.
I do think that the "geography" of miagration for Achilles, Laughlin's brother, took some of the family to Halifax co after selling the land in Amelia (circa 1767) before winding up in Montgomery Co. in 1782. Halifax is really well situated to have een a route south to Caswell.
