Well, it looks like you and my wife have a common ancestor. Below is a message that I sent to another person on this forum.

Hi Leanna,

I am sending this email to you because I am researching my wife's family lines. Her gg-grandmother was a Lydia Ann Fann from Hamilton Co., IL. She was born 3-29-1874 and 3-19-1939 in Popular Bluff, Butler Co., MO. She was married to a George Frazier also from Hamilton Co., IL on 8-26-1884 in Dale, Hamilton Co., IL. I can't seem to figure out who her parents are. I would really appreciate any help you provide on this matter.

Thanks in advance,
Jason Lance

I know that you have some information on this family but I am not able to get back further than Lydia either. I know that there was a Hiram and Issac Fann that both fought in the Civil War from Hamilton Co., IL. I am sure that there is some connection but I am too far away from that area to do any direct research. Let me know if you can add to some of the information that I have or if there are any corrections I need to make.

Thanks again,
