We are looking for any information about Eugene (Gene) Fancher. He was my grandfather and he didn't say much about family. He ran away from a Catholic School when he was about 14 yrs old. Rode the rails and worked in a commissary for the railroad in Arizona and ended up with my grandmother, Alice Mallory in Bell Gardens, CA for much of their life.
I do not know the name of his father but beleive his mother to be Mattie or Maddie. He had a brother, possibly Clifford, who settled in San Fransico. His sister died at a young age.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
