Falconer (Falconieri) - looking for info on Alfredo, Helen and Stella

My great-grandfather Alfredo Falconieri arrived in the US from Italy in 1908 and promptly became Fred Falconer. I was told his father was a Joseph Falconieri / Falconer and his mother a Virginia Picciolo

Fred married Elena Stella Zuravich or Zuravici (she was usually called Helen) who said she was from German Poland (i've seen both countries on census) and they lived in Pittsburgh most of their lives.

Fred's info:
Birth 18 May 1892 in Lecce, Puglia, Italy
Death 1 Nov 1976 in Chapel Hill, Orange, North Carolina

They had two children who have both passed away as welll:

--Caesar Frederick Falconer, who went by Jim or James, who married Jeannette Agnes Pugh and lived in North Carolina.

--Stella Gearldene Falconer, who married a Larry Clark and lived in Canada.

Caesar, aka Jim, was my dear grandfather and I'd love to know more about his Italian roots but even more so about his sister and her family.

Thanks for any help.
