You're right about the son of the 4th Lord Falconer going to Jamaica after the 1745 uprising, but he was named John Falconer.
He was the ancestor of most of the Jamaican Falconers, who descend from John's legitimate son Thomas Keith Falconer, whose illegitimate son John Craskell Falconer (1798-1876) is the ancestor of the Jamaican family. They have descendants in the UK, the U.S., and Canada, as well as Jamaica.
