J E Falconer--Scotlnd to Sask. with winning Clydesdales

My great grandfather John E Falconer emigrated from River Clyde area to Govan Saskatchewan around 1912. Married to Janet Mclennan.Somehow he was able to bring with him his clydesdale horses. He won many trophys with his horses here in canada, including Grand Champion with both mare and stallion at the worlds fair in 1928, a feat never done before or repeated. Someone must know of this family in Scotland...maybe the horses will lend a hand?? Thank you.
