James Falconer, Ploughman 1890-1910 Forfar

Hi there,

I am looking to trace the descendants of James Clark Falconer and his wife Jane Walker Muckart. James was a ploughman on his father-in law's farm. The farm's name was Upper Tulloes, and it was in Dunnichen Parish, in Forfar. James was born in 1858 in Garvock Parish, in Kincardine. He married Jane in 1887 in Kirkden parish, Forfar. They had at least one son, also called James, who was born in 1889, in Montrose. I don't have a date of death for either James or his wife. If their son James ever married his children would be my second cousins once removed so I am interested to see if there are any Falconers with Muckart forebears still living in Scotland today. Thanks in advance for any suggestions as to what to do next.

Grant Muckart
