Try British Columbia, Canada - I was following a Falkiner there only to discover he was a Faulkinghor when he entered Canada from the States. The BC Archives the click on Vital Events for b, m & d indexes to records. Actual records are available through Family History Library, Salt Lake City (GSU # from index is their film number).
