My family surname was Falconer, they arrived in this country in Maryland, Date not known, However, they were Quackers and from Wales. They later moved to surrey county, N.C. and also have a creek or river there name for the Faulkners, name changed,I guess. Later moved to Sweetwater, Tenn and the name became Forkner. There were four sons born and from those comes my family. I know this is brief but thought someone my connect to the areas and then provide some names. I do know some names like Lawrence, John... Many Forkners are buried in Sweetwater, Tenn.
My name is Robert Edward Forkner and I now live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Can anyone help.
I know that my sure name is Falconer
