Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Doreen-

"Christmas" L'Esperance was a son of Balsamine (Falcon) and Andre L'Esperance. His name was actually actually Noel. "Noel" is the French word for Christmas. I've seen this name before somewhere else, with the child being born on 25 December. (an appropriate name, eh?)

I have also seen him listed as Onesime-Noel. Anyway, he was married to Elizabeth Burke at St. Francois-Xavier. Elizabeth was the daughter of Patrick Burke and Philomene LaRocque.
