Trying to find the parents of William Fairley SMITH, m. Jane Anderson.

He was a retired bookseller in 1873, according to his son, John Anderson SMITH's wedding certificate.

John was born 1840, so William was born ca. 1820's?

Anyone out there have a FAIRLEY woman marrying a SMITH and producing William?
