family and friends,
my name is deborah and i am related to the dairley's of north carolina who came from scotland in 1770 on a ship called the "edinburgh". the family settled in north carolina, and some went to mississippi.john fairley and his wife margaret stewart and all their kids were born in scotland around the clyde river area. i have heard that john's mother may be a " watson " this i can not find yet but i am looking. margaret stewart fairley is buried in " mcnair cemitary " and john is in the " drowning creek cemitary " both are in north carolina. the family lived out their lives in several counties, both richmond and robeson counties are full of fairley family members and relations. if i can help you all find something out about the family let me know. i live in florida but i may have something you need. thanks deborah
