I am researching the Fairfield Family of Woodstock, Windham County, Connecticut, particularly John Fairfield, wife Lydia Dodge, son Lution (Lucien) Fairfield born Woodstock 1827. This family went to the Sturbridge/Southbridge MA area about 1840. The founder of the Woodstock Fairfields appears to be William Fairfield died c. 1777. Would like to learn more about the Woodstock Fairfields.
