Research leads me to Ruhanna/Ruhama Fairfield b. 1756 who married Calvin Porter, b. 1749 from Lebanon, CT. One source says they married June, 1776.
One daughter Hannah Porter married Robert Turner in the Lyme, GraftonCo, NH area. They married around 1805. Hannah had at least one brother also named Calvin.
Robert and Hannah Porter Turner had 2 known children, Joel Lewis and Harriett Louise Turner.
Did any of these Fairfields head south, to Mobile, AL. Joel is there as early as 1841.
Anyone else connected to this family? Happy to share my research.
