Elaine, noticed your posting on Etheldred Faircloth in my searches for Sampson and Patience Powell's relations. I am related through Debbie,Sampson,Sampson. I noticed Sampson's son, Sampson Jr. had a son by the name of Etheldred and also the posting on Sampson,NC. Sampson Powell Jr. married to Lathisa Barfield is from Robeson Co. NC. These people have to be related somehow. He settled in Johnson Co.,Ga where in the Johnson County Cemetary Book there are also listings of Faircloths.
