I am conducting research on my Fairclough ancestry from the Connecticut area in the 1800's. My G.G.Grandfather, Joseph Fairclough married Elizabeth Mills and came to CT from England via NYC around 1828.
His father was a Joseph Faircloth, who married a woman named "Nanny" or "Nancy" at St. Philips parish in Birmingham England. I would like to find out more about Joseph and Nanny, as well as anything about their ancestry.
I have a great deal of information about their descendents and will assist anyone who wishes to share information.
