He came over to America while he was a young boy. I don't know anything about him except he was the father of my great grandmother,Amanda Matilda Green Faircloth who was born in GA on 25 Dec 1842 and married Henry Martin McCann they had two or three Children in Ga then moved west to TX where the rest of their children were born finally into Indian Territory. My great grandfater died at Hewitt now Wilson,OK 0n 16 Nov 1915. My great grand mother died 19 Feb. 1923at Ardmore,OK both are buried at Hewitt Indian Cemetery at Wilson,OK. Any information appreciated.
