JOSHUA S FAIRCLOTH was born in 1799 22 SEP in SAMPSON County NC. His father was BENJAMIN FAIRCLOTH. I do not know his mother's name. His siblings were PETER,NANCY?, and ETHELDRED? FAIRCLOTH (note question marks). He married first )ELIZABETH FAIRCLOTH(RELATIONSHIP UNKNOWN?)IN LAURENS COUNTY GA on 18 OCT 1820. He married second MRS EMILY GRAY CA 1850 in GA. He married third SUSAN--about 1857. His and Elizabeth's children were MARY,JOSEPH L,THOMAS D,SARAH,ALLIN JACKSON,GATSEY ELIZABETH,and WARREN LOTT FAIRCLOTH. His and Emily's children were CHARLES LLOYD,and JOHN FAIRCLOTH. He died 28 DEC 1875 and was buried in JACKSON FAIRCLOTH CEMETERY in WARREN,TYLER COUNTY TX. He was living in BAKER COUNTY GA 1850,DECATUR COUNTY GA 1824,THOMAS COUNTY GA 1830-40,TYLER CY TX 1860 - He had 15 CHILDREN, NINE CAME WITH HIM TO TEXAS - D:AT HOME NEAR WARREN TX
