This is the information I have on ENOCH JAMES FAIRCLOTH. He was born 1829 22 MAY in EMANUEL County, SWAINSBORO, GA. His father was JAMES L BENJAMIN FAIRCLOTH. His mother was ELENDER?---(last name not known). His siblings were GEORGE WASHINGTON,ELMIRA LIVINAH,MARY,GRACIE,and ALEXANDER FAIRCLOTH. He married first:RACHEL HAYES(Born:1832 Died:1885 Buried in EMANUEL CY the daughter of GARY AND MARY HAYES) on 25 SEP 1856 in EMANUEL CY. He married second:MARY A NUNN (Born:JUN 1871) on 4 JUN 1888 in EMANUEL CY. Children of first marriage:SYLVANNAH SOLOAME,JAMES G,JOHN J,WHITE,DIANNAH,SHERROD,and FANNIE FAIRCLOTH. He died 12 APR 1907 and was buried in EMANUEL CY.
