James Starling Faircloth of Pensacola, Florida died in a Hospice about 10:30AM August 15, 2007 from complications of several strokes. One of Jim's last requests was to have a military funeral with a Air Force Chaplain.
Funeral arrangements: Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 N. New Warrington Dr., Pensacola, Florida (phone: 850-453-2321).
Services will be at 11:00am August 20, 2007. Burial at Barrancas National Cemetery.
We were notified of Jim's passing by Jim's brother-in-law Vernon Fillingim (Ruby Fillingim Faircloth's brother)
Jim's life touched thousands of folks through his genealogy work with his kindness and generousity; he will always be remembered as an extraordinary and wonderful person. He will be greatly missed by the whole Faircloth Family.
