Hi Pat!
I'm afraid I can't help with anything about a Mary Elizabeth Faircloth Williams (1856-1942). Other than James Martin's parents and some descendents of his son Lonnie Lawrence, I have little else on his part of the Faircloth family. In fact, that's what my post is all about, I had hoped to fill some blanks about some of James Martin's other children and their families myself. Lonnie Lawrence, was my wife's maternal grandfather, his wife was Annie Sue Derrick. Actually, there was a Mary Elizabeth (Williams) Clowers in her family(1889-1969)but she was on her father's side, the wife of Walter Lewis Clowers, Sr., her paternal grandfather. If you have additional info on James Martin or his siblings I would love to hear about it.
