I am looking for a William Fairbanks who had a child named Martha Gertrude Fairbanks in Johnson County, Iowa on May 10, 1844. I do not know where William came from but was told he married a Sarah but I have no last name. Am still trying to locate her birth records. Thank you in advance for any information you might have.
