Melody, I am researching a John Adams, immigrant from Crediton, Devonshire, Eng and who settled in Franklin, Mass. early 1700's He m. Sarah Fairbank(s) dau. of John and Hannah Fairbanks of Wrentham, Mass. These are my husband's descendents. Who were John's Fairbank(s)' parents and what was Hannah's maiden name? Sarah was b. in Wrentham Mar. 22,1696, She d.May 13, 1754. Sarah Fairbanks and John Adams had a child John Adams who m. Rachel Adams. I am also wondering who Rachel's parents were. I am trying to link Sarah Fairbannks Adams to the presidential line or at least to know from which Fairbanks her family derived. Any information would be so appreciated. I don't have much to go on.
